The PARTNER agrees to be present on at least 2 of the SOCIAL_NETWORKS.

PARTNER publications on SOCIAL_NETWORKS RSP2

The PARTNER agrees to publish at least 2 news items per month on the SOCIAL_NETWORKS that it has declared.

ARUNDO publications on SOCIAL_NETWORKS RSA

ARUNDO commits to publishing at least 2 news items per month on the SOCIAL_NETWORKS it uses.

ARUNDO's obligation towards a PARTNER in the PHASE_BUILD

  • Provision of the APIs of the PLATFORM
  • Creation of a git project using the DOMAIN NAME
  • Configuration of subscriptions managed by ARUNDO under LemonSqueezy
  • Configuration of the authentication of the PARTNER managed by the said ARUNDO, under Supabase
  • Creation of a PARTNER space to save checklists and craftforms
  • Provision of a TICKET TRACKING tool by the ARUNDO
  • Provision of a PROJECT TRACKING tool by the ARUNDO

ARUNDO's obligation towards a PARTNER in the PHASE_RUN

  • Provision of new versions via CI/CD
  • organize 2 status updates every month, lasting max. 30 minutes
  • write and communicate the agenda, CR and exceptional governance requests (crisis meeting, major incident, ...)
  • These documents (agenda, CR, exceptional request) will be available in PROJECT MONITORING
  • create an SVG-type animation describing the problem via 7 slides
  • communicate at least 1 post per month on Linkedin
  • articles ???

Obligation of a PARTNER

  • Fill out the form intended for the PARTNER and sign it
  • Respect the storage dedicated to the PARTNER
  • Respect the SCOPE defined in the preamble. Otherwise, he must inform the SUPPLIER by email within X days.
  • Compliance with the conditions of use
  • Any anomaly or malfunction must be described by the PARTNER, in the TICKET TRACKING tool

The PARTNER must define a price for these customers by respecting the points defined below:

  • the need to have free access (mandatory banner, banner degrading the document)
  • free access must allow access to all the crafts and all the checklists of the PARTNER
  • the other prices are monthly subscriptions
  • the cost is not calculated on the basis of the number of documents, it is a flat rate.

The PARTNER agrees to write, at least per month:

  • 1 article
  • 1 publication on Linkedin
